BUSINESS Visa Requirements for UAE (DELHI)

Also known as SERVICE VISA

• Valid passport (First and Last page scan copy)with at-least 6 month validity from the date of travel (Passport should have both First and Last name ).
• 1 Scan Photograph (please refer to Special Instructions column for specifications)
• Insurance (Mandatory for each applicant ).
• Confirmed travel dates
• PAN CARD copy of all applicants above 18 years of age.

NOTE:
1. Service Visa should be applied 13 days before the travel date.
2.All Nepali passport holders need to carry NOC from the ministry of External Affairs of Nepal (or Embassy of Nepal)

stay for 14 days and validity 14 days (Service Visa) Rs.13415/-
Handling Charges applicable.

Processing Time

Normally 5 to 7 working days
Except for the cases which have come under some scrutiny and can take unlimited time due to which we do not recommened to apply this visa.
NOTE
Please note that above is only an indicative processing time which is based on the current trend. Actual processing time may vary and is at sole discretion of the Visa Consular of the Embassy/Consulate.

Special Instructions

As per the instructions from UAE Authorities, with effect from 21 November 2022, guests travelling to and from the UAE must ensure that their passports have their primary (first name) and secondary (surname) names.

As per the updated guideline, `any passport holder with a single name (word) either in surname or given name will not be allowed to travel to UAE.

For Example :

Passenger with only Anil as name on Passport and no surname

Or

Passenger with only Surname – Sharma and no first name will not be given visa

This rule will be applicable to those travelling on a tourist or visit visa, but will exclude residence or employment visas.

Amended Guidelines : HOWEVER, FOR THE APPLICANT HAVING ONLY ONE NAME – IF FATHER`S OR FAMILY NAME IS MENTIONED IN THE SECOND PAGE THEN IT WILL BE ACCEPTED BY THE IMMIGRATION AUTHORITIES
