DAY 1 : Arrive Paro - Thimphu (Approx 65 kms; 2 hrs drive by road) Arrive in Paro. On arrival and after visa formalities you will be received by our representative and transfer to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan. The rest of the day is at leisure where visitors can enjoy a relaxing walk in the valley in the evening.Overnight in Thimphu. (D) DAY 2 : Thimphu - Sightseeing in Thimphu After breakfast visit Folk Heritage Museum, National Library, Painting school, Institute of Traditional Medicine, Takin Zoo. Afternoon visit Memorial Chorten and Buddha Statue and evening spend some time in the city for shopping. Overnight in Thimphu. (B,D) DAY 3 : Thimphu - Trongsa Morning transfer to Trongsa via Dochula pass 10,000ft and Wangdi. Upon reaching Wangdi you will be crossing Pela La Pass & Black Mountain that divides western & central Bhutan. The road uphill is pretty curving with sharp bends and as you reach Trongsa you will able to view massive Trongsa Dzong (the never reaching dzong/fort).Visit Trongsa Dzong & Ta Dzong. Overnight in Trongsa. (B,D) DAY 4 : Trongsa - Bumthang Morning transfer to beautiful valley of Bumthang and visit Jampey Lhakhang, Kurjey Lhakhang, Jakar Dzong, Wangdi choling Palace and local cheese manufacturer & Red Panda beer factory where you could try a bottle of beer Overnight in Bumthang. (B,D) DAY 5 : Bumthang - Punakha Morning transfer to Punakha via same road on the way stop at famous Bumthang Matha region, here you'll find rich woolen plaid textiles dyed with natural colours and the famous Yatas, it is a thin cloth with bright pattern often made into warm jacketsand scarves. Proceed further to Punakha and check in the resort. (B,D) DAY 6 : Punakha - Paro Morning visit majestic Punakha Dzong placed strategically at the junction of the Pho Chu and Mo Chu rivers. On the way visit Chimmi Lhakhang and transfer to Paro valley. Overnight in Wangdi. (B,D) DAY 7 : Paro - Sightseeing Morning visit Paro Dzong, the National Museum housed in a round fortress called as the Ta Dzong considered to be one of the best natural history museums in Asia and Kyichu Lhakhang the monastery dates back to 7th century and is one of the oldest andmost sacred. Afternoon visit ruins of Drukgyel Dzong and drive till the base of Tigers Nest. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Paro. (B,D) Tour Concludes !!
